skills of a very broad group of staff. His course is both
involving and instantly usable. It includes case histories
and practical examples that stop a days training being too
academic and allows the attendees to practice and adapt it
to their specific roles and job functions. In summary, I have
seen significant improvements in peoples confidence
and abilities. I also saw a group of staff really learning
to be better at their job.
